Hey there, fabulous friends!
I’ve been dancing on this idea of SHARE THE LOVE for a couple of years now, and guess what? It’s time to let it out of my mind and into action (whatever that means, right?).
With over 33 years of leading fitness classes and 20 years of coaching people on living their best, healthiest lives, I’m absolutely blessed to live this life. I adore sharing the nuggets of wisdom I’ve gathered along the way and always nudge my clients to keep exploring—whether it’s funky weight lifting moves or whipping up superfoods in the kitchen.
