Hollywood Royalty Event - Part 3
Meals & Awards 🏆

And for the main event, we handed out our “Grovies”! These awards spotlighted our residents’ most incredible traits. We had a Puzzle Master, Heart of Gold, Most Community Spirit, Mr. Bright and Shiny and many more!

Our wonderful culinary team curated a menu of delicious dishes inspired by some of our favorite celebrities.
• Elvis Banana Pancakes - inspired by Presley’s favorite sandwich featuring peanut butter, bananas, and crispy bacon
• Clark Gable - preferred a simple stuffed pear salad, a 1930’s classic
• Elizabeth Taylor - famously loved fried chicken, and cooked it herself at her Virginia farm

We strutted our stuff, put on our best, and posed with Elvis, Marilyn, Audrey, and Humphrey. Our team joined in the fun of snapping a photo with the greats! After the paparazzi had their fill, Shirley Temples were served at the end of the carpet for us to enjoy.

We kicked off our “Live Like Royalty” day by starting at our very own Mann’s Chinese Theatre! We cemented our legacies, like the most famous celebrities do, and then took a stroll along the Walk of Fame looking at all of our “stars”.

Almost daily we are entertained by these gobblers walking around our community. Whether it’s a couple or an entire flock, we enjoy seeing what they are up to.

There is something incredibly special about bringing a resident’s dream back to life, and it’s a joy we love creating for our residents. 💃🏼✨
