🎄HEALTHY for the HOLIDAYS 🎄
Day 1~ Power of the PAUSE
In yoga, we don’t just move and flow —
we learn to make our way to stillness, a space between moments.
We pause between breaths.
We pause between poses.
And in those quiet moments, something beautiful happens.
The pause teaches us to listen.
To soften.
To respond instead of react.
Off the mat, that practice becomes medicine.
Pausing before responding.
Pausing when things feel too loud, too fast, too heavy.
Pausing long enough to come back to ourselves.
In the pause, the nervous system settles.
The heart speaks.
Clarity returns.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is nothing at all —
just breathe, just be, just pause. 🌿
