I wanted to share a great testimonial I received today!
"Cathy,
I wanted to send you a huge thank you! I was at a dinner party last week when my friend's 2 year old son started chocking on an apple. The child turned red and was unable to breathe. Immediately, his mother ran over to him and put her finger in his mouth to try to scoop out the apple. It was unsuccessful. Another woman began patting his back. Again, it was unsuccessful. Because of your training, I was able to jump in and save this child. I picked him up with his face down towards the ground. With three quick upward pats to his back the apple was out and the he began to cough. For the entire rest of the night the child's mother coined me as a "Lifesaver". I cannot thank you enough for giving me the confidence and competence to help others in need.
