Announcing to come on out to our 23rd Anniversary Open House! Rescheduled for May 5th 4-7 pm. We'll be grilling pork chops and all the fixings, door prizes and games and prizes for kids. It should be a fabulous time thanking patients and the residents of the Zimmerman area for their support over the years and allowing us to be a part of their health and wellness journey!
