CLO has a strong reputation and extensive experience working with individuals with high needs due to behavioral, cognitive and/or medical challenges. CLO is licensed as a Rule 245 DD, CADI, TBI, & EW waivered service provider through the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services. We are licensed as an Adult Foster Care/Community Residential Setting provider through Washington, Chisago, Anoka and Pine Counties, also providing Child Foster Care in Anoka and Washington county.
