Update: Here’s where to find me. My fitness classes are beginner to intermediate yoga hatha/vinyasa based. I create an emphasis on holistic, intuitive guided movement and finding peace and stillness in the fluctuating thoughts of the mind.

Using pranayama, kriyas, mudras, mantras, etc helps evolve yoga into a mindfulness practice that relates back to ageless traditions while creatively engaging new methods to improve overall health and well-being into one’s lifestyle. Learning simple exercises like these improve and strengthen body, mind and soul.

Depending on seasons and using natural elements linked to astrological shifts, allows me to curate the best experience for my students. Most of my class sizes are catered to small groups providing focus and individualized attention.

Attending ancient practices of fire ceremonies in Bali. The words “Svaha” were chanted and repeated among other mantras. A sacred meaning used as an invocation to connect with Agni - Fire element. We hold this flame within, igniting our passion, creativity, desire, and spark of life. ❤️‍🔥

We are now navigating Leo season. Leo is about being bold, confident, and gives us the opportunity to lead and express ourselves individually. Leo is ruled by the sun so it shines brightly healing us from within. ☀️ Igniting that spark within helps to fill our hearts full just by being uniquely true to ourself.

Today is the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal. This event in the cosmos is marked by the auspicious positioning of the sun, Sirius, and earth. The star Sirius hold lots of luminous power when amplified with the sun. It holds limitless bounds for manifestation and potential to create anew working with growth and transformation.

Just a few helpful tips to keep you in alignment and helping through this heightened weekend:
❤️‍🔥 Clear your space. Declutter and open fresh air into your living space.
❤️‍🔥 Reflect on intentions. Review your goals, fine-tuning your intentions so they resonate with your soul’s purpose.
❤️‍🔥 Practice mindfulness. Go inward, meditate and focus the mind with what resonates with you.
❤️‍🔥 Release and let go. Identify and release any fears, doubts & limiting beliefs that hold you back. Make room for new possibilities. This is all good practices around the full moon in Aquarius on 8/9. Find time to rest and recharge.
❤️‍🔥 Elevate yourself towards a better you. Be mindful in the foods you eat, what you consume such as music/programming, and indulge in healthy routines and habits.
❤️‍🔥 Opportunity to journal. Write down your feelings, ideas, and any dreams that feel significant to you.

April to May brings a season of shedding, releasing and reimagining anew. We are expanding in ways our original boundaries can no longer hold. Trust the timing. Trust the void. Trust the fall..
This is Ta**us season. Guided by Venus. Stepping into Earth’s energy. Just like nature, she holds no bounds. The divine feminine awakening and reclaiming her truth and power. .
There’s a direct and dominating influence as Aries has continuously been showing up to unravel the truth. Our connection to self, our inner knowing. Continue to find clarity on your own unique journey..

Is it rose quartz or rose colored glasses?

Either way, been on *do not disturb* lately as I often go through the waves of life, change/transformation, and building my visions into reality. 🌊
March was a month for the cosmos and recreating ourselves. Blending mercury/venus retrogrades, lunar/solar eclipses and a fresh start with the spring equinox. Whew! Lots of realignment and self reflection before stepping into a new season.
April leads us into our fierce aries season. ♈️ Aries honors self, passion, desire, and staying true to yourself. Self care is in your best interest. Stay hydrated, rested, and detox wisely. Show compassion to others who might be struggling. We are in this together.
Today mercury goes direct with venus to follow on the 12th. The fog is beginning to lift leading into a space to make aligned decisions and still some time to review before the end of the month. Lead with your heart and soul.
I’ve been pushed back lately in navigating my own journey. It’s important to remember things work out best when we’re able to surrender and trust the process. Keep going. Blessings await. Hang on to the beauty of what’s becoming.

Happy February! We have reached a midway point between winter and spring, just after the Chinese New Year on January 29th. This highlights a wonderful time for reflection and future progression.

In Chinese astrology, 2025 is represented as a year of the wood snake. 🐍 This stands for transformation, growth, and introspection. We should look into the benefits of ‘shedding our skin’ to reach our goals and commitments. Stay open in receiving, have courage to face fears/obstacles, and compassion for your journey wherever that leads. Finding ease in the death and rebirth cycles of life will help loosen the grips of resistance moving forward.

I offer this mantra to all who resonate: “I embrace the beginnings that are unfolding. I open to the miracles that are coming. My dreams and desires manifest. All that I wish for flows to me. I am blessed. I am loved. I am whole.”

Class Update: Slow Flow Yoga in the Park is still on for today! Kenyon Depot @ 5pm. It may be breezy or perhaps a bit rainy but I don’t mind if you don’t! Or perhaps everything is working out just as planned. 😉🧘‍♀️ I’ve had a lot of experience in the rainforest so I’m actually looking forward to it!

If you’re local, I suggest trying it out! Also, dress accordingly and I’ll have a few extra mats to offer. Hope to see you there rain or shine! 😊
