The more we can find ways to incorporate therapeutic strategies into your everyday activities, the better progress your child can make! Learning how our team targets goals in the context of typical daily activities like playing and reading is a key part of the therapeutic process!

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - embracing autistic individuals for who they are and celebrating all of the unique ways they make all of our lives better!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of many families' journeys through awareness, acceptance and appreciation - we are always learning new ways to think about autism in ways that truly empower our children and families to SHINE!!!!

Sharing an outstanding event in St. Thomas for students enrolled in special education!

Mr. Cornell Hanley, the Adaptive PE teacher at Lockhart, Bowsky, and BCB, is spearheading an exciting initiative.
April 10th, 9am to 12pm at Ivanna Eudora Kean.

"The Exceptional Games is an inclusive, community-driven sporting event inspired by the spirit of the Special Olympics. This event celebrates the unique abilities of children and young adults with intellectual, developmental or physical differences, providing them with a safe, supportive environment to showcase their talents, develop friendships and build confidence through athletic competition."

Public school students should receive a field trip form from school.

AWESOME NEWS for Virgin Islanders looking for a rewarding career path! University of the Virgin Islands 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡-𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦!

This 28-credit program (2 years of distance learning plus in-person clinical practicum courses) prepares students to become Certified Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). The first seminar class has already begun, but enrollment is open to start SUMMER 2026!

Congratulations to the St. Croix Dolphins on another successful Sea Swim! This FUNdraiser helps to support their Learn To Swim program; on an island in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, access to swim lessons is essential! We are grateful to the Dolphins for their support of Aquatic Therapy, too!
