𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 là một nông trại bình yên, trồng Café/trái cây/rau xanh sạch, có nhiều chó mèo và các dịch vụ lưu trú, tour bản địa, khách quốc tế… cần tìm Đồng đội mới ( Nhân viên )
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Dịch vụ (quán cafe, farmstay…)
- Hướng dẫn khách du lịch (cần biết tiếng Anh trên mức trung bình)
- Có kỹ năng làm việc văn phòng ( Word, Excel, Canva ..)
- Linh hoạt được thời gian làm việc, và có sức khỏe/tâm lý ổn định
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, hoà đồng, hợp tác
- Có tinh thần dịch vụ (phục vụ khách)
Quy định, đãi ngộ:
- Lương thử việc 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND / tháng tuỳ năng lực
- Được đào tạo nghề, học hỏi về các nghiệp vụ của farm
- Có phòng riêng, có cơm nấu theo bữa
- Có thời gian thăm quan tìm hiểu văn hoá địa phương khu vực xung quanh
Ưu tiên:
- Các bạn có tinh thần học hỏi, phát triển thế mạnh và khắc phục thiếu sót của bản thân qua công việc và trải nghiệm thực tế
- Biết quan tâm đến mọi người xung quanh, đồng nghiệp, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, hòa hợp với tập thể
- Có tâm lý ổn định vững vàng, biết lắng nghe và tiếp thu ý kiến
- Am hiểu và tò mò về văn hóa địa phương, hoặc kiến thức về du lịch để có thể cung cấp thông tin cho khách hàng
- Tinh thần bảo vệ môi trường: hạn chế rác thải, tái chế, có thể kêu gọi mọi người cùng chung tay thu gom rác thải ( chúng mình đã thử và được khách hàng ủng hộ, tham gia cùng )

🐾 Our farm is pet-friendly!

Guests are welcome to bring their furry companions — and they’ll be in great company. Meet the Midori crew:

Fat – our playful chaos gremlin. Young, energetic, and slightly territorial… but once he decides you’re cool, you’re family. (photo 1)

Hachi – Fat’s mom and our calm, caring queen. Mostly chill, but she still loves a good run through the forest. (photo 2)

Tan – our cautious puppy with a big heart. A former stray who’s learning the world is safe — especially when he’s playing with our cats, who aren’t always thrilled about it . (photo 3)

Dooby – our newest temporary resident. He showed up with his brother Scooby and chose our farm as his home base while we find him a family. (photo 4)

Henry (white cat)– the oldest member of the Midori family. Lazy, hungry, and living his best life. (photo 5)

Blue (grey cat)– a free spirit who comes and goes as she pleases. A mom, but not the clingy type. (photo 6)

🌱 Coffee Harvesting & Processing 🌱

--Hand-Picking for Tree Health

Our coffee is harvested entirely by hand. It takes more time, but it allows us to protect the trees and choose only the ripest cherries. Organic farms aren’t as “perfectly manicured” as commercial ones, so our trees grow in a more natural, messy environment—just as nature intended.

--Natural & Organic Growing Conditions

Because we keep everything organic, the plants grow alongside native vegetation, insects, and shade trees. It creates a healthier ecosystem—and richer flavor—but it also means the cherries ripen at different times. That’s why careful hand-picking matters so much.

– First Sorting: Washing the Harvest

After harvesting, all cherries go into water.
This simple step already tells us a lot:

-Ripe cherries sink.
-Unripe or damaged cherries float and are removed.

This early wash helps separate the green cherries that may accidentally end up in the harvest.

--Second Sorting: Removing Greens & Imperfects

Once washed, we manually separate any cherries that are still green or under-ripe. This is one of the most time-consuming parts of the process, and it’s one guests usually enjoy trying during the tour.

--The Natural Drying Process (as seen in the video)
In the video, we’re using the natural method:
We dry the whole cherries—skin and all—under the sun for at least 30 days.
This slow process:

-lets the beans absorb sweetness from the fruit
-develops deeper, more complex flavors
-requires constant turning and attention

(And this is only one of several methods we use—others are shown and explained during the tour!)
...This is just a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes. During the tour, you’ll see each step up close, try some of the processes yourself, and taste how different methods create completely different flavors...
