🎄Step into December with fresh energy and more opportunities to nature your practice. Our schedule for the first week of the month features additional classes and flexible membership-style passes, designed for those of you who love to practice regularly and want more freedom to move, breathe, and grow.

💡We’re also introducing a new morning slot: 10:30–11:30 on Monday, Wednesday, focused on “Spine Care & Back Strengthening” and “Breath & Core Conditioning”, these are perfect for improving posture, easing tension, and building stronger, healthier core, make you feel better and move better.

💳 Pass Options:
• Drop-in: 200k
• 5-Class: 900k (save 10%, shareable, 1 month)
• 10-Class: 1,600k (save 20%, shareable, 2 months)
• 15-Class: 2,100k (save 30%, shareable, 3 months)
• Monthly Unlimited: 2,250k (individual, non-shareable)

☘️This training provides a deep dive into the essential principles that make yoga practice safe, intelligent, and efficient. Whether you are a dedicated practitioner or a teacher, this course will help you understand how your body moves, why alignment matters, and how to practice with confidence and safety.
☘️The training combines the 5 Fundamental Principles, functional anatomy, guided practice, movement labs, and hands-on exercises, giving participants an embodied understanding, not just theory. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced teachers seeking depth in alignment.

🖌️By the end of this training, students will:
• Understand the 5 Fundamental Principles of Yoga Alignment and apply them in practice
• Build strong, safe foundations for basic and intermediate yoga poses
• Understand functional anatomy of the pelvis, spine, shoulders, and key muscles
• Use muscular engagement to stabilize joints
• Refine alignment based on individual body structure
• Move with confidence, safety, and mindfulness

Trace Pham is an experienced yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching Hatha, Props, Alignment-based Yoga, and various movement practices. Passionate about helping students cultivate strength, stability, and mindful awareness, Trace integrates functional anatomy, alignment principles, and somatic exploration into every class. Her teaching style emphasizes safe, intelligent, and individualized practice, empowering students to deepen their connection to their body, breath, and inner presence.
Trace’s classes are hands-on, engaging, and transformative, guiding students to move with ease, confidence, and awareness, whether refining their personal practice or supporting others in their yoga journey.

We’re excited to host our 30-Hour Aerial Yoga Training from Thursday to Sunday (Oct 30 – Nov 2).

🧘‍♀️ Schedule Changes:
❌ No 8am classes on Thursday & Saturday (30/10 & 1/11)
❌ No 9am or 12pm classes on Friday(31/10)
✅ 12pm classes on Thursday & Saturday are still on
