Food is FUEL for your BODY! Fuel up during childbirth!
You could go all out and make food if you have time, but you can also make it super simple!!
My favorite is banana and peanut butter. Eggs for fuel! And of course some electrolytes and water!
Some prepackaged food and drinks are helpful for the birth bag. Crackers, peanut butter, granola bar, and some coconut water or juice.
If you have a cooler, you can add yogurt or cheese. A homemade smoothie is also wonderful (with carbs, protein and fats)!
Your uterus is a muscle and it needs food and hydration to function during childbirth! Remember to fuel your body! ⛽️🔋
