here are some funny stories for your weekend.
1. Strange thing
A French boy said to his friend:
- My younger sister is ten years old but she can speak English rather well.
His friend smiled and replied:
- It isn't a strange thing. When my family travelled to London, I met a little girl who was about five years old and she spoke English like the wind.
2. paint my house
A guy meets a ho**er in a bar. She says, "This is your lucky night. I’ve got a special game for you. I’ll do absolutely anything you want for $300 as long as you can say it in three words." The guy replies, "Hey, why not." He pulls his wallet out of his pocket and one at a time lays three one hundred dollar bills on the bar, and says slowly. "Paint…my….house."
3. wishes
Three guys stranded on a desert island find a magic lantern containing a genie, who grants them each one wish. The first guy wishes he was off the island and back home. The second guy wishes the same. The third guy says: "I’m lonely. I wish my friends were back here."

Chào mọi người,

Ăn ăn uống uống có lẽ la niềm hưng phấn cả đời với rất nhiều người phải không nào?
Hôm nay, để vừa học tiếng Anh, lại không quên các loại đồ ăn, mình sẽ giới thiệu đến các bạn một số thành ngữ hay trong tiếng Anh có liên quan đến đồ ăn nhé:
1. "soup something up": điều chỉnh, chỉnh sửa cái gì
ex: I have just souped my bike up because I haven't done it for a long time.
2. "go/sell like hot cakes": bán cái gì đó rất chạy (ở VN mình có câu đắt như tôm tươi thì tây nó có câu này: bán chạy/ đắt như bánh nóng)
ex: A: her sale increases surprisingly!
B: yeah! she is so beautiful and sexy, so their products are sold like hot cakes.
3. "spill the beans" tiết lộ bí mật
ex: someone spills the beans that she had a husband with two children, but she just wants to divorce.
4. "use your noodle" suy nghĩ, dùng đầu óc (câu này rất hình tượng nhé, ý người ta là mỳ tôm xoăn nhìn như não ấy)
ex: when you do anything, use your noodle first!
5. "As nutty as a fruitcake" điên khùng, ảo tưởng, ngốc nghếch
ex: the way you think to solve this problem is as nutty as a fruitcake.
6. "(as) cool as a cucumber" : giữ cái đầu lạnh, bình tĩnh
ex: the most importance now is that you have to be as cool as a cucumber. everything will be ok
7. "A big cheese" : người đứng đầu, lãnh đạo
ex: I think the big cheese will like your idea.
8. "cup of tea" :sở thích, điều yêu thích
ex: to be honest, beer is my cup of tea.
9. "Piece of cake" hoặc "easy as a pie": dễ dàng
ex: This exercise is a piece of cake.
10. "Couch potato" kẻ lười biếng
ex: stop being a couch potato, stand up and do something!

to prepare for topic" unemployment" tonight, I suggest some things you may add in your saying to make it sound natively.
some sayings as "I dont't like my job", " it's boring", are too common and couldn't boost your ability of using language.
So, there are some other expressions to instead:
1. Be all in a day’s work : không có gì đặc biệt
Ex:my job is all in a day's work. I'm fed up with it.
2. Busman’s holiday: những người làm việc ngay trong ngày nghỉ.
Ex: I can't stand this job. While others are relaxing at the weekend, I am a busman's holiday.
3. Don’t give up the day job: đừng bỏ cuộc.
Ex: no matter how hard your job is, don't give up the day job!
4. New brush sweeps clean: nếu ta nhìn vấn đề từ 1 góc độ mới ta có thể giải quyết nó nhanh hơn.
Ex: open your mind! you know, new brush sweeps clean.
5. On the line: (Somebody’s job is on the line) khi sắp bị đuổi khỏi công việc.
Ex: -why do you look worried?
+ I have already lost the important document, my job is on the line.
6. Slave driver: làm việc như điên
Ex: why are you always a slave driver?

Unemployment, it sounds familiar like a routine story. However, in fact, there are lots of student get good jobs after graduating from colleges. whereas others couldn't afford to gain one.
- So, what is (are) problem(s) or difference(s) about this?

how to say "No" in an polite way?
In English communication, there might be a lot of situations in which we shouldn't speak too straightly. instead, we just change or use others words to show polite expression.
so, here are some useful ways to express refusals or disagreements:
1.when someone asks you for a help, but you can't:
- I would love to help you, but…
- I wish I could help you, but…
- Normally I would be able to, but…/ Normally I would say yes, but…
- now is not a good time for me.(....)..
2. when someone offers an assistance, but you refuse:
- I appreciate the offer, but…
- That would be great, but...
- Thank you for the offer, but...
3. refuse an invitation:
That sounds great, but…
- I’m sorry I can’t come that day/night. I have…
- I really appreciate the invitation, but…
- I wish I could come, but unfortunately...
- well, I'd love to, but I'm afraid ...
