Công văn số 2272/QLD-MP về việc rà soát phân loại, công bố tính năng, công dụng mỹ phẩm
Cục Quản lý Dược vừa có Công văn số 1098/QLD-MP yêu cầu Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố rà soát, thu hồi Phiếu công bố đối với các sản phẩm không đúng phân loại mỹ phẩm hoặc công bố sai tính năng, gây hiểu nhầm là thuốc. Đồng thời, các Sở cần cập nhật đầy đủ hướng dẫn của ASEAN, danh mục các chất cấm, giới hạn nồng độ và phổ biến đến cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh.
Các trường hợp vi phạm sẽ bị xử phạt nghiêm, thu hồi và tiêu hủy sản phẩm không bảo đảm an toàn cho người dùng.

Official Dispatch No. 2272/QLD-MP on the Review of Classification, Declaration of Features and Uses of Cosmetics
The Drug Administration of Vietnam has issued Official Dispatch No. 1098/QLD-MP requesting provincial and municipal Departments of Health to review and revoke the Product Information Files (PIF) for cosmetic products that are incorrectly classified or declared with misleading features, suggesting medicinal properties. Departments are also required to fully update ASEAN guidelines, lists of prohibited substances, concentration limits, and disseminate these regulations to manufacturers and distributors.
Violations will be strictly sanctioned, and unsafe cosmetic products will be recalled and destroyed.

Thông báo số 67/TB-HTTB Về việc kê khai giá Thiết bị y tế

Từ ngày 01/7/2025, theo quy định tại Nghị định 148/2025/NĐ-CP, thẩm quyền tiếp nhận kê khai giá thiết bị y tế được chuyển giao về Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương. Cục Hạ tầng và Thiết bị Y tế thông báo ngừng tiếp nhận hồ sơ kê khai giá theo Thông báo 638/TB-HTTB, đề nghị các doanh nghiệp thực hiện kê khai tại địa phương theo đúng quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

📢 Notification No. 67/TB-HTTB – On Medical Device Price Declaration
Effective from July 1, 2025, in accordance with Decree No. 148/2025/NĐ-CP, the authority for receiving medical device price declarations will be transferred to the Departments of Health of provinces and centrally governed cities.
The Department of Medical Infrastructure and Devices hereby announces the termination of receiving price declaration dossiers under Notification No. 638/TB-HTTB, and requests that enterprises submit their declarations to local health authorities in compliance with current legal regulations.

📢 Bộ Y tế hướng dẫn về thủ tục hành chính khi thay đổi địa giới
Bộ Y tế vừa có văn bản gửi Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Dược Việt Nam, hướng dẫn việc tiếp tục sử dụng các giấy tờ, văn bản còn thời hạn đã được cấp trước khi sắp xếp tổ chức bộ máy nhà nước. Theo đó, doanh nghiệp không cần thực hiện cấp đổi giấy tờ nếu chưa có quy định khác của pháp luật.

📢 Ministry of Health issues guidance on administrative procedures amid administrative boundary changes
The Ministry of Health has issued an official document to the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Enterprises Association, providing guidance on the continued use of valid documents issued prior to the governmental organizational restructuring. Accordingly, enterprises are not required to reissue such documents unless otherwise stipulated by law.
