Payment terms
Payment for the delivered Products shall be made in USD under an irrevocable Letter of Credit (at sight);
Payment of the Letter of Credit at 100 percent of total amount shall be available against presentation of the following documents:
- Invoice;
- Bill of Lading;
- Packing list.
Form of Documentary Credit
- Documentary Credit to be confirmed by Seller’s Bank or correspondent Seller’s bank;
- Letters of Credit available by payment at sight.
Documentation
The Seller provides the Buyer with the following documentation:
- Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of Russian Federation;
- Health Certificate issued by Rosselkhoznadzor;
- IUU Catch Certificate (for Europe) issued by the Primorsky Territory Department of the Russian Fishery Committee;
- Copies of documents must be sent to the Buyer by fax or e-mail. Originals of documents must be sent to the Buyer by DHL or another courier service by mutual agreement.
