VIETNAMESE CHICKEN NOODLE SALAD
One of my personal favourites.
If you know me, you know I love Vietnamese food. This salad is one of my go-to meals to stay lean, energised, and eating clean without it ever feeling like a chore.
Light, fresh, full of flavour… it fits perfectly with the way I live: low body fat, strong muscle tone, and enjoying every bite along the way.
