Chúng tôi sẽ đóng cửa lúc 15:00 ngày 4 tháng 2 và mở cửa trở lại lúc 11:00 ngày 5 tháng 2.

Our ovens are taking the afternoon off while we celebrate together.
Em’s Bakery will close at 3PM on February 4 and be back, warm and ready, at 11AM on February 5.

Em’s NewNordic was born out of a passion for baking, health and nutrition. Em’s NewNordic sells bread, crakers and healthiER sweet treats for delivery in Hoi An.
The name reflects my Danish cultural heritage. It is my dream to introduce the food philosophy and the best traditions & ingredients of my native Denmark to Vietnam. The sourdough bread loaves have been given names according to Nordic Mythology and you will therefore find them called names such as The Viking, Odin, Thor, Loki, Freya and more to come. The sourdough bread loaves are nutritious and will keep you full for longer periods of time, as they are packed with quality flour, seeds and/or grains.
I believe in fueling my body with nutritious goodness that will make my body happy long term. And I love sweet treats, so over the past 10 years, I have developed sweet treats that would fuel my body as well as satisfy my sweet tooth. My sweet treats are gluten free and packed with nuts, fruits, grains, vegetables and natural sweeteners. My aim is to provide a healthiER alternative to traditional sweet treats, that taste delicious and that won’t send blood sugar levels through the roof.

Delivery schedule:
Em’s NewNordic delivers bread from the home bakery in Hoi An. Breads need to be ordered 24 hours in advance. Brownies and energy balls are always in stock. There is a delivery fee of 10k in Hoi An for orders of less than 100k. The delivery fee is waived if you are on a regular/weekly delivery schedule.
Sustainability:
Breads are delivered in biodegradable plastic bags. If you sign up for a weekly or bi-weekly bread delivery, you get the option to get a fabric bread bag by making a deposit, which the bread is delivered in every week. I then take the old bread bag home to wash. No unnecessary bread wrapping this way and you always have bread at home.
Sweet Treats are delivered in biodegradable boxes.
