Anh à, không gì hơn một sáng mùa hè, khi ngày nắng đẹp, bỗng nhiên trốn được vào 1 góc của Hội An, thấy thoải mái và thả mình vào bể bơi xanh ngụp lặn, loại cảm giác này thực sự rất hạnh phúc.

ANCIENT TECHNIQUES

Traditional Vietnamese Massage is a combination of both clapping and pressure point technique. These actions will apply pressure directly on the muscles, help relieve pain and promote a state of relaxation. Pressing the energy points in the body is a very important part of this massage technique; it increases circulation necessary to remove toxins from your body. This massage method helps the muscles to contract and relax acting on acupressure points to help stimulate blood circulation. The biggest advantage is stimulating the vascular system and delivering oxygen and nutrients to cells, while allowing the body to remove toxins via the lymphatic system.

This type of massage therapy was originally used as a medicinal healing treatment in Vietnam where the physicians or local village healers used their artful hands to apply pressure to muscle and energy points of the body. For hundreds of years in Vietnam, blind people have been trained to administer these massages, with the belief being that their hands can “see” the energy spots that seeing eyes cannot.
