Established on May 11, 2015, after a long time and excellently entered the top 10 highly rated Hoi An spas on Tripavisor. There are many massage packages here, you can freely choose. The service packages of Art Spa always aim for maximum perfection. It is a combination of the use of special herbal ingredients and age-old massage methods, combined with acupressure to both detoxify the body and help relax the mind. Each customer is soak your feet with herbs before entering the massage, helping to activate circulation and eliminate toxins in the body. Coming to Art Spa, you not only get a massage but also enjoy tea, banana candy which is the feature of Art Spa along with melodious music. Có những nỗi đau không nằm ở tiền bạc mà nằm ở niềm tin. Ngày đầu các em bước vào nghề, tay còn run, lưng còn mỏi, mình là người cầm tay chỉ việc, dạy từng động tác, từng cách nói chuyện với khách, từng quy trình để giữ chữ uy tín. Mình không giấu nghề, vì mình luôn nghĩ khi người ta giỏi lên thì mình sẽ có người đồng hành, cùng nhau làm ăn, cùng nhau chia sẻ, cùng nhau đi đường dài.

Người làm chủ lúc nào cũng mong học viên, nhân viên trưởng thành, vững tay nghề, đủ bản lĩnh để cùng gánh việc, cùng ăn chia. Nhưng ở chiều ngược lại, không ít người học nghề lại chỉ mong một ngày thoát ra được làm chủ để tự lo cho mình. Hai hướng nghĩ khác nhau, nhưng khi chưa trải qua, chẳng ai hiểu hết cho ai.

Rồi đến lúc tiệm đông khách nhất, lúc mình cần người nhất, lúc lịch kín không còn một khe trống, thì người mình từng xem là ruột lại lặng lẽ rời đi. Không báo trước. Không một lời chia sẻ. Chỉ để lại mình xoay xở giữa dòng khách đông và một khoảng trống rất lớn trong lòng. Mình buồn, nhưng không phải vì họ mở tiệm riêng. Mình buồn vì họ chọn rời đi theo cách khiến mình đau nhất.

Xót xa nhất là khi mình đã coi họ như người nhà, đã từng bảo ban, che chở, tin tưởng giao khách, giao việc, thì đến lúc mình yếu nhất lại phải tự đứng giữa tiệm, vừa làm vừa vá, vừa cười với khách mà trong lòng thì trống rỗng. Làm chủ rồi mới hiểu, dạy người thì dễ, giữ người mới khó, giữ người có tâm lại càng khó hơn. Khi làm nhân viên, người ta chỉ thấy khát vọng tự do. Khi làm chủ rồi mới thấm cảnh cô đơn, miệt mài đi tìm người đồng hành mà không biết bao giờ mới gặp đúng người.

Có lẽ bài học lớn nhất không phải là mất người, mà là học cách không đặt cả trái tim vào một mối tin tưởng duy nhất. Vẫn sẽ dạy nghề. Vẫn sẽ giúp người. Nhưng từ nay mình học cách rõ ràng hơn, tỉnh táo hơn, giữ lại cho mình một lối thoát. Vì người làm chủ, sau tất cả, cũng chỉ là con người.
