Clarification Regarding a Recent Facebook Post

Over the past couple of days a number of people have contacted us regarding a review currently being discussed in local Facebook groups, believing the post referred to our business, so we would like to clarify that it is NOT about our spa.

The spa mentioned in that discussion has a similar name, but it is not Heaven Garden Spa and is not located at An Bang Beach in Hoi An, where we are based.

Heaven Garden Spa has been operating for nearly 10 years without any such issues. Honesty and trust is something that Thanh, the owner, takes very seriously. For the comfort and security of our guests, every visitor is provided with an individual lockable locker.

Over the years we have been fortunate to receive wonderful support from our guests, leading to a recommendation in Lonely Planet and TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, placing us in the top 10% of businesses worldwide, in 2020, 2024 and 2025.

The Horse symbolises energy, strength, independence, and determination.
People born in the Year of the Horse are often known for their enthusiasm, adventurous spirit, and strong work ethic.
It’s a year that encourages forward movement, fresh momentum, and chasing goals with confidence — just like a horse charging ahead.

Yes, we are open today and tomorrow at Heaven Garden Spa.

We will be closed next week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and will reopen on Friday 20th February.
