After operation he don t walk with half weight bearing because he worry about his broken bone and afraid pain. After 3 month i don t see bone cancellous, i worry too 😅😅😅
I have to warning him if you don t exercise that mean you have to surgery again and auto bone graft
He changed his spirit and running everyday. Now 8 month his femur is very very good 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Femail patient 40 years old. Bone infection from she is 7 years old. She was 7 operations. Tibia (L) is shorter (R) 4 cm, A /P and Lateral deformity .
We osteotomy tibia and fibula, release softisue, iliac bone graft and Intramedullary nail.
We afraid about artery , nerve and contraction of achille.

Step 1: fix maleo by plate
Step 2: elevator articular / Carm and fix by 2 cancelous screw by MIS
Step 3: close reconstruction tibia and nail intramedullary / carm
Times of operation is 60 minute and patient can comback his home after 3 day

1) Dianostic: close (R) proximal femur fracture.
2 ) XR: depression lateral tibia plateau and proximal tibia fracture
3) planning : choice implant. Cancellous screw ?, Screw and Ex Fixation? Screw with Liss plate? Open reduction or close reduction?
4) Timming: when ? Medium Swelling soft tissue
We decided miniopen to reduction articular lacteral and fix by 2 cancellous screw / Carm. And miniopen to reduction shaft tibia fracture and close nail intramedullary

Is DCP good for femur shaft fracture???? I think that plate is not good for long bone shaft fracture.

We dont remove fibula plate to fix fibula s long . reduction articular surface and fix by plate and cancellous screw / carm with MIPO technique
