Hey friends! A few of us have been dreaming for a while about creating a local retreat here in Donegal, taking advantage of the incredible spaces and natural beauty around us. We are thrilled to bring that vision to life with 🌙 Earth Roots: A Winter Solstice Retreat at Lough Mardal Lodge, 19–21 Dec 2025.

Over the weekend, we’ll flow between gentle yoga and meditation, drumming, a cacao ceremony, and a Human Design workshop, not to mention fresh lake swimming with an outdoor sauna! There will be hearty, homecooked seasonal meals all weekend long and plenty of time to rest by the fire, before we culminate with a Celtic Kirtan by the amazing Eileann Bray — all at a pace that helps you pause, reconnect, and feel nourished by community, this Winter Solstice
