As a Yoga studio we are dedicated to help individuals achieve their highest level of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing through thoughtfully crafted fitness regime. We specialize in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinayasa Yoga as well as modified for different purposes (like focus on stretching, hips or shoulders opening, pain release) the versions of those. Besides Yoga, we also offer sessions of various kinds of dances (Zumba, Breakdance, Salsa and Bachata), meditation sessions, energy and body therapies and activities for kids. Our instructors from around the world showcase their expertise by creating programs keeping in mind the individual fitness levels and goals.
