But I’m learning there are new ways of being.

Where mindset matters as much as muscle.

This is Islander strength.

We still move & We still train.
But now we listen too. This isn’t becoming less.
It’s becoming whole.

HAPPY New Year Samoa,

Apologies for the changes due to family matters we are now opening from the 15th January 2018.

We are now Open for registration and MMAXFitness membership.

Classes now starts at 6am, 7am, 1pm and 5pm until school end if school holidays then back to the same morning sessions.

Drop us a message if you wish otherwise see you at the gym for more information.

Saddened to lose one of the most valuable Mmaxfit member and a brother. A beautiful soul dared to dream and never stopped fighting until his very last breath. Thank you so much Tie for being so positive throughout your battle with cancer. We managed to share smile and few jokes on the side while pushing yourself that you can do anything. God sure has gained an angel. We will forever cherish you in our hearts. Love always your personal trainer and the assistant Junior. Rest in love 💕💞
