Salary Starting from $12,500 to $15,600 (after Trial period) Samoa Eye Care is looking for mature & energetic people to fill 2 new roles -for Receptionist /Secretary & Frame Technician.

On the Job TRAINING IS Provided. We are always looking to work with new motivated team members.

1. Receptionist/Secretary
Responsibilities will include
• People Care- Understanding peoples’ needs and answering their important questions
• Understanding the products and services of Samoa Eye Care and being able to communicate these clearly and simply
• Organizing appointments and patient follow up and satisfaction

2. Frame Technician
Responsibilities will include
• Understanding peoples’ frame and lens needs and answering their important questions
• Learning the different types of frames and lenses and how to manipulate or modify them
• Able to handle technical aspects of frames and glasses making (training available)

All Applicants must:
- Either have Health Care experience or be open to learning a new field of Health Care
- Believe in our values of People Care, Professionalism, Humility and Teamwork
- Be able to work in a TEAM environment
- Have a PASSION for helping others

Samoa Eye Care is the first locally owned private practice for eye care solutions in Samoa and is led by Optometrist Fuiavailili Erna Takazawa. Erna is Samoa’s first and only optometrist who is a graduate of the University of Auckland with First Class Honors.

At Samoa Eye Care we practice the full scope of optometry and are primary eye care providers in Samoa. We offer eyeglasses and a variety of lens options (distance glasses, reading glasses, bifocal, progressives, prescription sunglasses and more.) to suit your lifestyle.
