Samoa Eye Care is the first locally owned private practice for eye care solutions in Samoa and is led by Optometrist Fuiavailili Erna Takazawa. Erna is Samoa’s first and only optometrist who is a graduate of the University of Auckland with First Class Honors.
At Samoa Eye Care we practice the full scope of optometry and are primary eye care providers in Samoa. We offer eyeglasses and a variety of lens options (distance glasses, reading glasses, bifocal, progressives, prescription sunglasses and more.) to suit your lifestyle.
No matter your age it is important to have regular eye exams to prevent vision loss and blindness. We can also prescribe eye medications, do post-operative care, as well as treat a wide range of eye diseases including pink eye (conjunctivitis), corneal infections, dry eyes and so forth.
