Kam nje liri brenda meje, qe gjithmone e kam kerkuar kur isha ma e re.

Eshte ajo liri qe nuk vjen nga bota e jashtme, por nga lirimi i gjithckaje qe nuk ka qene vertet une.

Nje lehtesi qe me ndihmon te kaloj valet e jetes me qartesi dhe ne harmoni.

Eshte hapesira qe hapet kur sistemi nervor qetesohet, kur zemra zbutet, kur energjia fillon te rrjedhe perseri ne cdo qelize.

Eshte ajo liri qe ndryshon menyren si merr fryme, si dashuron, si ekziston.

Kete hapesire e mbaj ne seancat e mia 1:1
qe sistemi yt te kujtoje ritmin e tij natyral,
qe trupi yt te gjeje ndjenje sigurie,
dhe ku shpirti yt filon te ngrihet perseri ne driten e vet.

Punojm per te gjetur rrugen tende,
per te cliruar trupin karmik
dhe per te leshuar modele e gjurme te vjetra te mbajtura gjate ne sistemin tend energjetik.

Held me and whispered,

So I let go of the story.
Of the identity.
Of the effort.

Ajo rrjedh me intuitë, ndjeshmëri, butësi.
Kjo është rruga e Nënës Hënë, e grave që kanë ardhur para teje
 gjyshes, nënës, motrave të shpirtit.
Ajo ndalon. Ajo dëgjon. Ajo ndjen thellë.
Ajo është ujë, natë, tokë pjellore.

Një pasqyrë hyjnore. Një urë midis botëve.

Kur mashkullorja është pa rrënjë, bëhemi të ngurtë, të lodhur, të kontrolluar.
Kur femërorja është pa mbështetje, bëhemi të paqëndrueshëm, të humbur, të përmbytur nga ndjenjat.

Balanca nuk Ă«shtĂ« tĂ« zgjedhĂ«sh njĂ«rĂ«n – por t’i krijosh vend tĂ« dyjave.
Të lejosh Animën të udhëheqë me ndjeshmëri.
Të lejosh Animusin të mbrojë me dashuri.

Kjo është rruga e njeriut të zgjuar.
Jo të jemi më shumë feminine apo më shumë masculine, por të jemi një trup që i fton të dy anët të ndërveprojnë e të dashurohen brenda teje.
Ky është momenti kur vendoset paqja
Kur trupi gjen pushim,
zemra hapet pa frikë,

There are things I’ve experienced that I honestly can’t explain.They didn’t come from books or teachings.
They came through feeling. Through presence.
Moments when I wasn’t looking for anything
 and yet, something found me.

In one of my first spiritual encounters in Ayahuasca retreat, I heard clearly:
“You’ll work with your hands.”
And since then, they’ve felt different warm, magnetic, like they were made to hold, soothe, and unlock...

My angels call me by an ancient Albanian name.
Not one I’d ever choose
 but when I heard it, it felt like home.
Like someone whispering:
“We’ve been calling you this for lifetimes.”
I’m not ready to share it yet. But every time I hear it inside
 I smile.
Because somehow, I remember.

I’ve also come to understand that one of my deepest gifts is grace.
Not grace as in being perfect or elegant
but grace as in how I move through life.
Soft. Steady. Present.
Able to hold space without needing to fix or rush anything. Sometimes they also call me Grace đŸ„°

And then
 there are the past lives.
They came without searching sudden, vivid, embodied.

In Newcastle, I was Jane.
I lived with animals, close to nature. I died young, but peacefully.

In Shkodër, I had a big family. I remembered their names. I still feel them.

Then came a memory I’ll never forget
a life that felt like it was during World War II.
I was lying in bed when I was told that my husband had died.
It hit me like lightning. I couldn’t even scream.
I just laid there
 in silence
 mourning him with my whole body.
It felt real. Like it had just happened.

I’ve met fairies in the in-between

they remind me to play, to laugh, to trust joy.
And I’ve felt ET beings loving, calm, curious

not scary, but ancient. Familiar. Watching with care.

I know this might sound strange.
But I’m not here to convince anyone.

I’m just learning to listen.
To share what wants to be shared.
And maybe
 some part of you remembers too.
Not with logic. But with your heart.

Because sometimes the soul knows

long before the mind is ready to believe.

I’m sitting in my garden tonight

barefoot, heart full,
watching this beautiful moon bathe the earth in silver breath.
The stars above feel like prayers returned.
And all I can say is thank you.
Thank you, Father Sky, for holding it all.
Thank you, Mother Moon, for reflecting what I’m ready to feel.
Thank you, Spirit, for this breath
 for this body
 for this moment.

Gratitude pours from me like water
for the stillness,
for the mystery,
for the quiet knowing that I am exactly where I need to be.
