It’s hard to focus on health when you’re worried about your next meal. Last year, Wellness West helped 857 patients receive food insecurity support. By meeting basic needs first, we make it possible for patients to focus on their medical care.

The updated 2026 Standards of Care highlight how tools like continuous glucose monitors, updated nutrition guidance and the right medications can help people live healthier, longer lives.
At Wellness West, our Community Health Workers are here to turn these national standards into everyday support – and help neighbors understand their risks, manage their numbers and stay on track with care.
