🌿 This week’s reminder 🌿

You don’t need to do more to be doing enough.
You don’t need to be more flexible, stronger, calmer, or “better” before you show up.

Yoga and Pilates aren’t about fixing yourself.
They’re about meeting yourself where you are and building trust with your body, gently and consistently.

This week in class we’ll focus on:
• steady breath
• simple, supportive movement
• leaving feeling a little more regulated than when you arrived

That’s the practice.
That’s enough 🤍

✨ In-person classes are fully booked
💻 You’re very welcome to join online via Zoom

Online class times:
• Monday 6pm Yoga
• Tuesday 10.45am Yoga
• Friday 9am Yoga
• Friday 10.15am Pilates

Come exactly as you are 🧘‍♀️

This week is Osteoporosis Awareness week so our classes will be linked to this theme!
In our Pilates classes we will be using weights - get those muscles 💪 ready!

✨ Move for Stronger Bones & a Steadier Body ✨

Yoga and Pilates are gentle yet powerful ways to support your body through every stage of life — especially when it comes to osteoporosis and bone health. 🦴💫

Here’s how these mindful practices help:
🌿 Improved Balance & Coordination — Movement patterns that train stability help prevent falls and keep you feeling confident in motion.
💪 Greater Muscle & Bone Strength — Weight-bearing poses and controlled resistance stimulate bone density and strengthen supportive muscles.
🧘‍♀️ Better Posture & Alignment — A strong, balanced spine reduces strain and helps you stand taller — literally and energetically.
🌸 Effective Pain Relief & Management — Gentle movement eases stiffness, improves circulation, and supports joint health naturally.
🌬️ Deepened Mind-Body Awareness — Breath, focus, and presence connect you to your body’s needs — empowering you to move with wisdom and care.

Osteoporosis-friendly movement doesn’t have to be limiting — it can be liberating.
Start where you are, move mindfully, and let your practice rebuild your strength from the inside out. 💖
