Our Story

We started out by trying to find aftercare and dietary advice for a friend who had had a stroke and found there was very little, and what there was seemed at best contradictory.

Our journey took us to the USA where they were conducting research into the regrowth of the brain for NFL players suffering extreme early dementia known as Grid Iron Dementia CTE (Chronic traumatic encephalopathy). The only intervention that worked consistently was a full nutrition program of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, bioflavonoids and OMEGA 3 Fatty acids, producing clear and visible results in their brain scans.

Unfortunately for our friend, it was too little too late and he sadly passed away, which galvanized us to pursue the unfolding research further.

What we found was that the power of the correct nutrition can help protect us from the main modern diseases and increase life quality on every level.
