What a great evening at the Business Excellence Celebration hosted by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce last Thursday at the Royal Venetian.🎉🍾

Rosegold Health Inc. was one of two recipients of the Scale Up Grant from the Aurora Chamber this year. The grant is awarded to a local small business, in operation for at least two years, that demonstrates a clear mission and purpose, and need for the funding.

We are BEYOND grateful to the Aurora Chamber for this grant (can you tell how excited our co-directors, Linda and Jeanny, are to be holding a giant novelty cheque 😂). It’s an understatement to say that this means a lot, to be recognized and supported as a local business contributing to the health of our community. Thank you.🙏🏼

The grant funds will be put to good use as we continue growing our inclusive and collaborative wellness space. Looking forward to many many more years serving the community!🤍🩶

Our instructor Fumiko runs a fantastic class, for anyone looking to add to their fitness, core stability, and fun (of course!) for the week. The hour flies by under her calming music, and experienced and enthusiastic guidance. Pilates mat class runs on Saturday mornings at 9am.

Welcome Fumiko! 🎉

Fumiko is a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor since 2015. Originally from Japan, her passion for movement began with sports like track and field. After moving to Canada and exploring Yoga and Zumba, she discovered Pilates and its incredible health benefits. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and improve their well-being through therapeutic Pilates.

Fumiko isn’t new to the Rosegold Health Inc. family. She, Dr. Linda, and Laura go waaaay back. It’s been exciting to reconnect and have Fumiko join our team 🥰.

You can find Fumiko on Saturday mornings, 9am Pilates mat class. AND for the month of February, you can try Fumiko’s class for free 🤩! Spots are very limited! You can call, email, or book online through the link in our bio.

Happy birthday to our fearless leader and co-director, the “rose” of Rosegold Health Inc., !

Fun facts:

🎾 Dr. Linda stays active through playing tennis, fitness training, Pilates, and hip hop classes.

🍮 Dr. Linda doesn’t particularly like cooking, but does enjoy baking - and she’s very good at it!

🩺 Dr. Linda sees patients with a wide range of health concerns, with a focus on pain assessment, treatment, and management.
