This weather is everything. I was driving to work yesterday with my windows completely down just thankful for life. The wind blowing in my face reminded me just how grateful I am to be here. To be able to experience this life and be in the physical with all its sensations. I started listing off all the things I have to be grateful for and 20 min drive later I still was not finished. What a high to recognize all the beauty we are given.

This world, nature, and the people in it continue to amaze me. I will admit I have my not-so-open-hearted days but, those moments when you allow the world to speak to you pulls me right back to gratitude.

I hope you all know how thankful I am for you for brightening my experience just that much more!! 🥰💚💚

How to eat to support your chakras? Just like there is food that helps support different areas of the body. There are foods that support our chakra system! Here is a brief explanation of the first three chakras.

Chakra 1 - Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Chakra 2 - Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana)

Chakra 3 - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
