What is Yoga4Health?

A 10-week programme developed by leading yoga teachers, therapists, NHS doctors and other clinicians with the aim of creating an effective social prescribing programme promoting self-care among patients with:


  • Pre-cardio-vascular disease

  • Pre-Type 2 diabetes with a Q score of around 10

  • Stress or anxiety
