What do you want more of in 2026?

Not what you should want.
Not what Instagram says you need.
What do you actually crave in your body and life?

Is it Strength ?
To feel capable.
Resilient.
Confident in your body.
Strong enough to hold your life?

Is it Calm ?
A regulated nervous system.
Clear thoughts.
Space to breathe.
Less reacting. More choosing.

Here’s the truth most people miss:
Real longevity needs both.
Strength without calm leads to burnout.
Calm without strength leads to fragility.

2026 isn’t about extremes.
It’s about harmony.

Make your goals intentional, keep them achievable, make sure your goals can be counted on one hand, invest into your future and not just quick fixes.

There's something so deeply fascinating about practicing with other passionate movement enthusiasts, I definitely feel a shift of awareness and that a few walls and barriers have been knocked down, it felt like we all turned into kids on the playground again.
