Sitting down to concentrate feels impossible sometimes

ADHD for me is like having 25 chrome tabs open


With some kid smashing CHANGE TAB button every 8 seconds

It’s frustrating and exhausting

Especially with deep work

So, I use a cheeky warm up technique

I spent 15 minutes responding to messages

I tick off three >5 minute admin tasks

I yoink the dopamine

Then slip into deep flow

ADHD can be an excuse

Or you can “p*ss with the c*ck you’ve got”


Instead of peering over the urinal at others
