MEL’S MINDFUL MONDAY: Connecting into nature by stopping to smell the roses, or exquisite ornamental pear blossoms 🍐 🌳 -as I’m doing here at the stunning is such a beautifully healing way to reconnect & recalibrate yourself when life gets too much 🍃
Through simply noticing, observing & appreciating your surrounds: particularly from nature via your body’s senses: sounds, sight, smells etc we can more easily let stress, overwhelm, anxiety + overactive, overstimulated stuff release its grip from the mind. Through gifting yourself some time out & doing some grounding techniques 👣 - whether it be through directly being in nature or learning mindfulness tools, you can reconnect your scattered pieces back together. (BTW Hugging a tree is great too 🌲 )
