Motherhood is A LOT. It's a lot of good, a lot of hard, a lot of everything. Some days you want to fast forward & somedays you want to press pause forever. We are thankful for all of it aren't we?

One amazing thing about this space on the internet is connecting with other moms - sharing the joys, sharing the hard. We have built our own little virtual village...what a beautiful thing.

I hope you know how cherished you are in your role as a mom. How lucky your kids are to have you. How wonderful of a job you are doing.

If you are new here, I wanted to re-introduce myself! My name is Cara – I am a wife, mom of 3 boys, business owner, and pediatric speech language pathologist. I am the owner of Talk,Eat,Play,Grow!

There is A LOT that goes into running a business while raising 3 little kids…but I am so grateful to be able to do what I love, support our local community, and provide for our family – all thanks to an AMAZING team of 15 SLPs (and growing!). We provide speech, language, and feeding services to families along the Main Line and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs.

If you have been here for a while… thank you for your continued support and engagement. I have loved the community we have built here!
