This is honestly crazy for me!! The scales have barely moved BUT at the end of week 4 (28 days) body measurements have changed so much!!

I’ve even changed up the outfit to fit my confidence level 😜😜

Loss recorded:

Bust 6cm (2.36 in)
Chest (under bust) 4cm (1.57 in)
Waist 6cm (2.36 in)
Abs 6cm (2.36 in)
Hips 10.5cm (4.13 in)
Thighs (individual) 4cm (1.57 in)
Calves (individual) 0.5cm (0.19 in)

Well that was one heck of a health week .. lol.

All in all the fluid retention (that is slowly going) increased the scales but I have lost another cm all over.

Health lesson for all … DO NOT OVERDO THE WATER INTAKE.

Apparently a healthy active woman should consume no less than 8 glasses of water (250ml each), but no more than 2.7lt, per day. A male’s max is 3.7lt per day.

If you need more than that you MUST ensure the water includes electrolytes and sodium.

If you’re constantly thirsty then visit your doctor as this could be a symptom to an underlying health issue.

I hope others can learn from my mistake and health learnings this week 😁
