Finely dice 1 jalapeño, the juice of one lime and one mandarin orange, 1/2 tsp aged ponzu (seatopia.com), mix. Top your scallops (blue oyster mushrooms for my vegans) with the jalapeño mixture, 1-2 sprays soy, a little pickled ginger and high omega-3 . Consuming high nutrients in your meals is superior to any supplement and supports your detoxification pathway.

Tonight’s class was all about immunity, antioxidants and squelching free radicals. All easy for meal prep, high protein and high fiber recipes. Sweet potato chermoula, viral immunity green soup (25g protein in a 240 k/cal bowl), (not pictured) cauliflower, turmeric, ginger and red lentils poached in coconut milk, crispy tofu with broccoli and red pepper in peanut sauce.

High fiber party at today! Thanks !! We are so excited to get sampling!!! I’ve never had the biscuits but they are as delicious as my sister’s biscuits (and that is saying something). Also… for those of you (like me) that feel weird (heavy headed, icky etc) after eating a traditional biscuit — hero biscuits have so much fiber— your blood sugar doesn’t take that whack so you will feel like yourself after eating. Enjoy responsibly—22g might be more fiber that you are used to.

Great salads for meal prep. from the “i cant believe its not chicken” grated savory tofu— is an amazing meal to introduce non-vegetarians to a vegetarian meal. Super fast and delicious. Cabbage with radish, jalapeño, lime and cilantro dressing is excellent for improving digestion and the diversity of the microbiome. The show stopper was crispy chickpea salad with fennel and pear. Not sure why i look so seriously at the pepper. Our desserts were high in omega 3 and fiber. Not pictured was sweet potato creme brûlée.
