A little late, but 10/31 marked my 11th year of being a Registered Dietitian & wrapping up my 4th year with my practice 💛

I’m grateful for every step of this journey, from working in a hospital to owning my own business that aligns with my purpose, my values, and my heart 🤍

I’ve helped so many people over the years through the power of food & nutrition. I can truly say I’m doing what lights up my soul. 💫

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me and believed in me. My heart is full and I’m forever grateful for this career and all the people it has brought into my life!🤍

Let’s make a delicious pumpkin smoothie for the fall season!🍂🍁🍃

Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (or more)
1 cup almond milk or regular milk
1 scoop truvani pumpkin powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Maple syrup
Pumpkin pie slice

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and serve. Enjoy! 😊
