Attention all NDIS participants and support coordinators!

We are excited to announce that we have a Supported Independent Living accommodation available in Belmont. Our accommodation is designed to help you live as independently as possible, while building your skills. We offer help or supervision with daily tasks, like personal care or cooking meals, and provide overnight support. Our accommodation is best suited to people with a disability who have higher support needs and require some level of help at home all the time. It is a 3 bedroom house and hence will be available for NDIS participants with 1:2 ratio of SIL funding.

We encourage you to visit our accommodation before you find it fit for yourselves, loved ones or your clients.

What Is a Psychosocial Recovery Coach ❓
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS service designed to support individuals with a psychosocial disability to take more control of their lives and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.

🍁Recovery coaches work alongside participants to:

🌱Increase awareness of choice and control.
🌱Develop a recovery-enabling relationship.
🌱Provide ongoing support and engagement (particularly in times of increased needs).
🌱Identify individual goals and develop strategies to achieve them
🌱Build individual capacity, increase recovery skills, resilience and decision making.
