Baby & Me - Wellness Therapies Baby&Me Wellness therapies - Baby Massage, Mum & Baby Yoga, Baby Signing, Starting Solids/Weaning. Hi, I am Amie, owner and founder of Baby & Me.

I am a mum of two, with an extensive professional background in early years, childhood and education and British Sign Language. I am a Baby Massage and Yoga Instructor and Baby signing Instructor. Baby&Me is a company I set up to provide families with nurturing and educational classes which are fun, exciting and allow a positive bonding experience between parent/carer and child. My classes are about more than the focus topic itself (eg: signing) and more about the opportunity to really interact with your little one, enjoy some 1:1 time together away from the distractions of everyday home life. Interact with other parents and babies, form positive relationships and build a support network amongst other parents. My classes are focused mainly around music and singing, as babies from a very young age really enjoy music and rhyme. The repetition of songs and rhymes is very beneficial to babies learning and understanding.
