Today I am 3 years sober 🎉
Giving up my addiction was the 1st step. A process I unknowingly started when arriving home from the hospital. It was HARD especially while quite literally being broken. The withdraws were ugly.
The 2nd phase was actually waking up to the life I desperately wanted to create. No longer living in auto pilot. Going through the lows to reach my glow up.
I’ve come to realize life is much more “dope” w out the actual dope. Or should I say poison.
He**in has no place here & can 💋 my 🍑.
To think I was consumed by this drug & it controlled my life.
To remember that I overdosed & died from this drug but was saved by Mas & 3 doses of narcan.
I’m here fully present & in control. Feels so good to take the reins back.
Living this life to the fullest for myself but also for Mas 👼
