Been here - struck by anxiety; afraid to leave the house & a nervous wreck when I had to;

Seeing the tree's burr knots this morning made me think about ...... Loss ..... loss of a loved one, friend or family, loss of a home or job, sometimes loss of ourselves during our journey. The tree slowly heals itself and carries on growing and thriving. Sometimes we may need a little help to do the same ......

Pets of all ages are frightened around bonfire night ..... help them chill a little .... give them homeopathic remedies during the firework season [which can easily go in their water too ]
They'll get through without feeling so vulnerable .... it helps to calm them ..........

Joking aside, my severe headaches with dizziness at 30 yrs old were the reason for qualifying as a homeopath. There was no reason for them according to conventional treatment. In desperation I saw a homeopath after a year of suffering.
One remedy later - all symptoms stopped....thought to be caused by hormonal imbalance. Homeopathy can treat and resolve your headaches!!!
