A blissful sonic immersion for Spring was had at the Beech Hill hall this evening. Gorgeous harmonies, lovely yoga nidra, soothing sound bath, we journeyed from a Winter cacoon to sowing seeds for Spring with intentional journalling also. Huge thanks to everyone who came along 😊❤🎶🙏

As well as Catherine's nurturing yoga nidra section which is included in Sat's Step into Springtime! - Song & Sound Bath you'll also be given a seed offerings pouch to imbue your spring wishes into & then offer them out into the earth. 🥰❤🙏🎶🦋🌷 Xx
