📊 Data doesn’t lie — and this is a great example of how acupuncture can create measurable change.

Despite getting a reasonable number of hours of sleep prior to acupuncture, the quality wasn’t there — lighter sleep, lower efficiency, and a nervous system still very active at night.

Now compare this with the consistent Oura ring data 3 weeks after the initial appointment.

🌙 Sleep score increased to 82–88 (Good → Optimal)
🌙 Sleep efficiency rose to 93–95%
🌙 Deep sleep nearly doubled (up to ~30% on one night)
🌙 REM sleep increased significantly (up to 1h 38m / 20%)
🌙 Total sleep extended to a full 8 hours

Our energy flows through 12 main acupuncture meridians — each one linked to an organ system, emotional patterns, and the way Qi moves through the body.

Have a deeper look at what each meridian supports- from digestion and emotional clarity to stress release, vitality, detoxification, and menstrual cycles.

This is a general overview of each meridian, with each acupuncture point on the meridian having different properties, the points I use will entirely depend on the client I have infront of me.

When your meridians are balanced, you feel:
