Lija Austen - Women's Wellness & Beyond Lija is a counsellor, coach, meditation & qi gong teacher who owns Kingscliff Saltwater Studio She is a licensed GreenX7 wellness facilitator.

Lija is passionate about supporting women to take the time to nurture their holistic wellbeing so they can thrive. She offers counselling, coaching, women's circles, meditation programs and mini retreats. She is a professional member of the Australian Counselling Association and International Coaching Federation. She has over 20 years of experience in the social work field and management consulting.
