There is no right way to heal 🧡

Personally, I’ve flipped between all these ‘teams’ over the past month and a bit.

Aside from following medical advice from your doctor, embrace what is helpful for you and leave the rest.

I am 1 in 4...

Last month I (Andrea) miscarried at 6 weeks. I’m sharing so we, as a community, can continue to normalize and push the conversation forward.

I debated whether sharing my personal miscarriage story was relevant when so many may be going through so much more.

But I find power in community and dismantling the notion that sadness should be kept to yourself to keep others comfortable.

If you experience a loss (at any stage) I'm here for you. To listen and to help make sense of what is going on - just like others have done for me.

Sometimes it seems like there is a day or a month for everything!😝

But, as you can imagine, we feel strongly about days/months that raise awareness about women's health 💪

September has been PCOS awareness month and here are a few reasons why we think it's important:
🔸PCOS can have serious complications. Even beyond fertility.

🔸Sadly, many women go undiagnosed (50%) so building awareness can help individuals advocate for themselves

🔸 Women's health is largely underfunded. Awareness campaigns bring light to issues that matter!

🔸 It can be a relief to understand why you may be struggling with irregular periods, serious acne, weight gain, hair loss/gain. We can be so hard on ourselves and spend so much money on solutions when it may be an underlying health issue.

Ask your Doctor about PCOS - it's never too early or too late to understand your health! 🧡

FINALLY, Jupiter’s Blog is live! 🪐

Don’t get us wrong, we still love Instagram but we wanted a space to dive deeper! There is so much info we’re researching, learning from our expert-led fireside chats, and experiencing first hand - it shouldn't go to waste 📝

Our first blog is based on learnings from Doctor a registered psychotherapist in Toronto. It outlines the common challenges couples face when trying to start/grow their family and how to overcome these hurdles 🧡

SO follow the link in bio to read Jupiter's first piece on Relationship Challenges and let me know your feedback! 🔗

If you're anything like me the start of September is bittersweet🌻

I need a day or two to mourn the end of August...but somehow September always feels like a fresh start, a chance to rewrite my routine.

With all that is going on in the world + your personal life, try to carve out some time this long weekend for yourself! Think about what you want out of this new season 🍁

Here are a few items worth reflecting on this weekend:

✨How do you want to feel in September?

✨What makes you feel this way and how can you incorporate it into your month ahead?

✨What is your biggest challenge? What part of this challenge do you own? What part is out of my control?

✨Finally, what fun things do you want to do this Fall? ..Chalk me up for some hikes and Halloween movie watching.

What else are you reflecting on as we say goodbye to summer and hello to Fall? 👇👇👇

Knowledge is power, right? 👍That’s why awareness month is so important.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders and one of the leading causes of fertility challenges in people with ovaries.
Despite this, early diagnosis and management are limited and controversial.

If you have any of these symptoms don’t be afraid to speak up at your next doctor's appointment and ask about a PCOS evaluation:
🔸Irregular cycles
🔸Excess body hair
🔸Thinning scalp hair
🔸Persostent acne
🔸Weight gain
🔸Fertility challenges

Join us in spreading PCOS awareness! Awareness promotes continued research, continuity in diagnosis, and preventative action 💪💪💪

Did you miss fireside chat with Jupiter? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Starting a family is a constant waiting game. Waiting for your next cycle, waiting for your test results, waiting for an appointment, a donor, a surrogate, the two-week wait. You get the picture!

Here are 5 ideas from to help you manage tough waiting periods:

✨Practice being present

✨Note what's in your control

✨Set your own pace

✨Try mindset visualizations

✨Trust yourself and your body

Do any of these work for you!?
Personally, I'm trying to get better with daily meditation but good habits take time ☺️
