“For the past five years my weight has gone up and down. I struggled to maintain a healthy weight for any real length of time.

During one of the most stressful years of my life, I reached my highest weight — and I was deeply unhappy with my body and my relationship with food.

That December, I decided to change things. I started tracking my meals with MyNetDiary and strength training consistently. I focused on building healthier habits — prioritizing protein, loading up on vegetables, and increasing fiber — while still enjoying the foods I loved.
