If eating enough protein feels harder than it should, it’s probably not you; it’s what you have on hand.

When your fridge and pantry are empty (or full of things that take effort), protein becomes something you have to think about. And on busy days, thinking is the last thing you want to do.

Having a few easy protein options around makes everything simpler:

Eggs
Canned tuna or salmon
Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
Frozen chicken or turkey
Beans, lentils, edamame

You don’t need perfect meals or a big reset, just fewer decisions and better defaults.

That’s how consistency happens, even on Mondays. 🫶
