Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful and honored to be part of this field and the work we do each day.

Applied Behavior Analysis is more than just a science — it’s a constantly evolving field that allows us to better understand behavior, support meaningful growth, and create real, lasting change in people’s lives. I feel so lucky to witness the evolution of ABA and to be part of shaping what ethical, compassionate care looks like.

Every person I have the privilege to work with continues to teach me, challenge me, and inspire me. My passion for this field grows every day, and I am truly honored to work alongside the individuals, families, and teams I collaborate with to make a meaningful difference.

With gratitude,
Taylor, Founder of OTB 🩵

Too often, what’s labeled as a “deficit” is actually a doorway to strength. 💙
A narrow focus or intense interest can build deep knowledge, boost confidence, strengthen coping skills, and even shape future careers. When we recognize and support these interests, we empower individuals with autism to thrive — not just fit in.

🎉 Great news for Connecticut families! Governor Ned Lamont has signed new legislation extending private insurance coverage for autism behavioral therapies — including ABA — up to age 26.

Beginning January 1, 2027, private insurers in Connecticut will be required to cover services through age 26, because learning, growth, and skill development don’t end at age 22! 💙✨
