It's official - I've had more enquiries from men than women in the last 2 months!

Who says reflexology is a 'woman's therapy'?

Reflexology is not just a treatment to “pamper” yourself; it’s a non-invasive therapy that encourages deep relaxation, which can help release built-up tension.

For men or women who carry stress in their shoulders, neck, or back, this form of therapy can feel like a complete reset for body and mind.

Studies have shown that reflexology can significantly reduce stress and promote better sleep even after one treatment.

Often , my male clients report noticeable improvements in how relaxed and clear-headed they feel straight away.

Best Foot Forward or On Your Back Foot?

Some days we move through life with ease — clear-headed, organised, and ready to take that next step forward.

Other days, it can feel like we’re on the back foot — reacting to what’s happening around us and trying to keep up.

-Stay grounded so you don’t lose your balance in the momentum.

-Slow things down and take one small step at a time.

-Breathe deeply before reacting or deciding.

-Be kind to yourself; catching up takes energy too.

Balance isn’t about always leading the way — it’s about knowing when to step forward and when to steady yourself.

Try this when you feel a bit “off” and can’t explain why:

• Rub your palms together until they feel warm
• Cup your hands over your ears and listen for a few slow breaths
• When you’re ready to move on, gently squeeze the ear lobes
• Glide your fingers up the outside rim of the ear from the lobe to the top where it meets the face
• Massage around the whole of the ear in slow, easy movements
• Don't forget slow long breaths as you work around the ears - one at a time or both together.

Many people say they feel a little more settled afterwards.
This kind of simple, gentle work is woven into my treatments to support relaxation and give the body space to unwind.
