Tumeric, ginger, lemon and apple cider vinegar tonic. Amazing for gut health, good for premenstrual symptoms, excellent for managing perimenopause and menopause and brain fog. ✨

Recipe:
1 teaspoon of everything:
-freeze dried ginger powder or fresh ginger
-freeze dried lemon powder or fresh lemon juice
-Tumeric powder (organic or fresh preferred)
-Apple cider vinegar
Add warm water just under a boil.

Stir and enjoy (honey may be added for taste)
